What is the cashback?
A share of every paid order's price is credited to your wallet as store credit. You spend it at checkout on a later order.
How do I reach a higher tier?
Keep ordering. Your tier is worked out from your lifetime spend, so every paid order moves you towards the next one.
What happens to my cashback if an order is refunded?
The spend and the cashback of a refunded order are taken back, as far as the cashback is still in your wallet.
How do I earn reward points?
Reward points are won from reward boxes. They are not part of cashback, which is always store credit.
What is in a reward box?
Each box lists the prizes it can drop: reward points, discount coupons, wallet credit or order perks. Open one to see its prize table.
Can I open a box for free?
Yes, where a box is marked free. It can be opened once per cooldown, and bigger boxes are bought with reward points.
