Are the codes and keys genuine?
Sellers are ID-verified before they can list, and every listing is reviewed before it's published. You can check a seller's sales history and trust badges before you buy.
Is there a risk of buying a code that's already been redeemed?
Report it through your order dashboard if a code doesn't redeem — support reviews the case with the seller and resolves or refunds the order rather than leaving you with a dead code.
How fast is delivery for digital goods?
In-stock listings deliver within minutes of payment. Use the in-stock filter on the directory if instant delivery matters more than price.
Can I filter digital goods by brand or category?
Yes — the directory lets you narrow by brand (Steam, Netflix, Game Pass and others), by category, by in-stock status and by price.
Are digital goods refundable?
If a code or key doesn't work as listed, contact support from your order dashboard for a review and refund. Once a code has been successfully redeemed by you, it can't be reissued.
Do gift cards and codes expire?
That depends on the brand and product — check the listing for any expiry or region restriction before you buy, since redemption terms are set by the brand, not by us.
How is my payment protected?
Every payment is held in secure escrow the moment you check out and only released to the seller after you confirm the code works, or automatically after 48 hours if nothing is disputed.
What payment methods are accepted, and are there hidden fees?
Checkout supports standard card and wallet payment methods, priced in EUR with a display-currency switcher. The price on the listing is the price you pay.
Can I buy a gift card or key for someone else?
Yes — most codes are redeemable by anyone who has them, so you can buy one and pass on the code, subject to that brand's own gifting and region rules.
Do prices or regions vary by brand?
Some digital goods are region-locked by the brand that issues them (a US Steam key vs a EU one, for example) — the listing states any region restriction before you pay.
