Delivery method depends on the item — some are added directly to your in-game account, others are delivered as a code or set of instructions in your order dashboard. The listing tells you which before you check out.
Is it safe to buy skins and items from another seller?
Sellers are ID-verified before they can list, and every listing goes through checks before it's published. You can see a seller's sales history and trust badges on their listing before buying.
What does "in stock" mean on an item listing?
In-stock items are ready to deliver as soon as you pay, instead of needing the seller to confirm availability first — the in-stock filter on the directory shows only listings that deliver immediately.
Can I sell my own in-game items here?
Yes, if you're set up as a seller — list the item, its photos and its price from the seller dashboard. Approved listings appear on the marketplace directory once published.
How is my payment protected when I buy an item?
Every payment is held in secure escrow the moment you check out and only released to the seller after you confirm the item arrived, or automatically after 48 hours if nothing is disputed.
What if an item isn't delivered or doesn't match the listing?
Contact support from your order dashboard. We'll review the listing, contact the seller, and resolve or refund the order if the item wasn't delivered as described.
What payment methods are accepted, and are there hidden fees?
Checkout supports standard card and wallet payment methods, priced in EUR with a display-currency switcher so you can shop in your own currency. The price on the listing is the price you pay.
How fast is delivery for marketplace items?
In-stock listings are typically delivered within minutes of payment. Listings that aren't in stock depend on the seller confirming availability, which the listing page will note before you buy.
Can I filter items by game, category or price?
Yes — the items directory lets you narrow by game, item category, in-stock status and price, plus any game-specific attributes (rank requirement, server, rarity) the listing carries.
Is buying or selling in-game items against a game's rules?
That depends on the individual publisher's terms, which vary by game — sellers on the marketplace are reviewed and ID-verified specifically so you're not trading with an anonymous account.
Can I buy items if I'm outside the EU?
Yes — every listing is priced in EUR and shown in your chosen display currency, and checkout accepts standard international card and wallet payment methods.
