Terms of Service | LOLBOOST

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of lolboost.gg and all services offered on it (the “Platform”). Please read them carefully. By creating an account, placing an order or listing anything for sale, you agree to these Terms, our Buyer Protection policy and our Privacy Policy.

For users who registered before 16 October 2026, the changes made in this version apply from 15 November 2026. Until then, the version of 9 October 2026 continues to apply to them.

1. Who we are

The Platform is operated by LB Gaming Services LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14571562, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (VAT number GB524911303) (“LoLBoost”, “we”, “us”). Full details are in our Imprint.

2. How LoLBoost works

LoLBoost is an all-in-one marketplace for gamers. Two kinds of offers are available on the Platform:

Marketplace offers – game accounts, in-game items, top-ups, currencies and other digital goods listed by independent sellers. The contract of sale is concluded between you and the seller. LoLBoost provides the Platform, processes the payment, pays the seller once the order is completed and protects you through Buyer Protection. Where LoLBoost itself is the seller, this is shown on the offer.
LoLBoost services – rank boosting, coaching, play-with-a-pro and gamer girl sessions. These services are provided by LoLBoost through its team of independent boosters, coaches and players, and the contract is concluded with LoLBoost.

Every offer page shows who the seller or provider is, the price, the delivery method and the expected delivery time.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to buy on the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old to sell.
The information you give us must be accurate, complete and kept up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secret and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at support@lolboost.gg if you notice unauthorised use.
You may not use a username that belongs to another person, infringes someone else’s rights or is offensive.
Accounts are personal. You may not sell, transfer or share your LoLBoost account.
You may only have one buyer account and one seller profile unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. You may not open a new account to get around a suspension or closure, and you may not use linked accounts to manipulate reviews, seller ranks, commissions, coupons, rewards or referral bonuses.

4. Identity verification

Sellers must complete identity verification before their first payout. In addition, we may ask any user – buyers, sellers, boosters and coaches – to verify their identity, their payment method or their ownership of a game account at any time where there is a specific reason, for example an unusual or high-value transaction, a change of payout details, a payment that our fraud checks flag, or a suspicion of fraud or abuse.
Verification may include an identity document, a selfie, proof of address, proof that you hold the payment method used (for example a photo of the card with all but the last four digits covered) or proof of the origin of a game account. We only request what is needed for the specific check.
While a verification is open, we may pause the affected orders, listings or payouts. If you do not complete it within 14 days, or the result does not confirm your identity or your right to use the payment method, we may cancel the affected orders and refund the payment to its source, and we may restrict your account.
Verification data is processed by us and our verification providers only for these checks, for fraud prevention and to meet legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Buying on LoLBoost

Prices are shown in euros or US dollars. Prices in another currency than the one you pay in are converted at a current exchange rate and are for information only.
Some payment methods carry a surcharge (for example PayPal or cryptocurrency). Any surcharge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Your order becomes binding once your payment has been confirmed. You must make sure that the details you enter at checkout (for example region, server, game username or account details) are correct.
We may refuse or cancel an order if an offer is no longer available, the price or description contains an obvious error, or we suspect fraud or an unauthorised payment. In that case you receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

6. Payment security, stolen cards and unauthorised payments

Because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be taken back like a parcel, payment fraud is a serious risk for us and our sellers. To protect the Platform:

You may only pay with a payment method that is in your own name or that you are expressly authorised to use. Using a stolen, borrowed without permission or otherwise compromised card, bank account, PayPal account or crypto wallet is prohibited and will be treated as fraud.
We and our payment providers check payments for fraud, for example through 3-D Secure, automated risk scoring, and checks of device, IP address, location and order history. We may require additional authentication, limit the payment methods available to you, set order limits, or hold an order until a payment has been verified.
If a payment looks suspicious, we may delay delivery, ask you to complete identity or payment verification as described in section 4, or cancel the order and refund the payment to its source. We do not refund suspicious payments to a different payment method, a different person or as LB Coins.
If a payment is later reported or reversed as unauthorised (for example because the cardholder says their card was stolen), the order is treated as unpaid. We may then cancel open orders, revoke or recover delivered goods, accounts and services where this is technically possible, reverse LB Coins, cashback, rewards and giveaway tickets connected to the payment, and close the accounts involved. Any loss we suffer remains claimable from the person who made the unauthorised payment.
We may share information about suspected payment fraud – such as order details, account details, IP addresses and chat logs – with the payment provider, the card issuer, the affected cardholder and, where appropriate, law enforcement, as permitted by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
If your card or payment account was used on LoLBoost without your permission, please contact support@lolboost.gg straight away. We will stop the affected orders where possible and work with you and your bank to resolve the matter.
Sellers are not charged for an unauthorised payment on an order they delivered correctly through the Platform. Earnings from such an order that have not yet been paid out may be held or reversed. Earnings already paid out are only reclaimed from a seller who was involved in the fraud, delivered outside the Platform or to someone other than the buyer, or otherwise breached these Terms.

7. Delivery and order completion

Offers are delivered either instantly (automatically after payment) or manually by the seller within the delivery time shown on the offer.
Some deliveries depend on rules of the game publisher, for example a waiting period before a gift can be sent to a friend. Such waiting periods are shown on the offer.
When you receive a game account, change the password and, where possible, the recovery email straight away and follow the instructions in your order.
When the seller marks an item, top-up or digital good as delivered, please check it and confirm receipt or report a problem in your order. If you do neither, the order is completed automatically 24 hours after delivery.
Completing an order, whether by your confirmation or automatically, releases the payment to the seller. It does not end the warranty stated on the offer, your rights under Buyer Protection or your statutory rights.
A boosting or coaching order is completed when the purchased service has been delivered in full, as shown in your order history.

8. Buyer Protection and disputes

Every purchase on the Platform is covered by Buyer Protection. If an order is not delivered, is not as described, or a game account is reclaimed during its warranty period, we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Accounts are covered for the warranty period stated on the offer, and for at least 14 days from delivery. The details, exclusions and the claims process are set out in our Buyer Protection policy, which forms part of these Terms.

When a dispute is opened, we handle it as follows:

Buyer and seller are asked to provide relevant evidence, for example screenshots or videos of the problem, the in-game account status, publisher emails, and proof of delivery or of the account’s origin. Please keep this evidence until the order is settled.
We review the evidence together with the order history, chat logs and technical data, and we may ask either side for further information within a reasonable deadline.
We tell both sides our decision and the main reasons for it. If you disagree, you can reply with new information within 7 days and we will review the case again.
Where a claim is justified, we arrange a replacement where one is available and suitable, otherwise a full or partial refund.
Our decision settles the claim on the Platform. It does not affect your statutory rights or your right to go to court.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Before delivery or start: if your order has not been delivered and the service has not started, you can cancel it through support and receive a full refund.
After delivery or start: digital goods and services cannot be returned. Once delivery or performance has begun, a refund is only available under Buyer Protection or where the law requires it.
Partly delivered services: if a boosting or coaching order cannot be completed (for example because the season ends), you receive a refund for the part that was not delivered.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. If you prefer, you can receive them as LB Coins instead (1 LB Coin = €1), which are credited instantly. Card refunds usually reach you within 5–10 business days. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded manually. Section 6 applies to payments suspected of being unauthorised.

Right of withdrawal: if you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for digital content or services. Because our offers are delivered or started straight after payment, you ask us at checkout to begin immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once delivery of digital content has begun, or once a service has been fully performed. If you withdraw from a service that has already started, you pay for the part provided until then. This does not affect your rights under Buyer Protection or your statutory rights.

10. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If something is wrong with an order, please contact us first – almost every problem is solved faster through support than through your bank. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute without a valid reason, or after you have received what you ordered, we may suspend your account and any open orders, revoke delivered goods where possible, and claim back the disputed amount. To respond to a dispute, we may provide your bank or payment provider with evidence such as order and delivery records, chat logs, login and IP data and your acceptance of these Terms. Your right to raise a justified claim with your bank or payment provider is not affected.

11. Selling on LoLBoost

If you sell on the Platform, these Terms apply to you as well as to buyers. In addition:

You may only list accounts, items and goods that you own or are entitled to sell, that were obtained lawfully, and that you can deliver.
Your listing must be accurate and complete, including rank, region, contents, delivery method, delivery time and warranty. Accounts must come with a warranty of at least 14 days.
You must disclose anything a buyer would reasonably want to know before buying, in particular previous penalties, restrictions or bans, missing email or recovery access, and whether the account was levelled or ranked by someone other than the original owner.
You must deliver within the time stated on the offer and must not reclaim, recover or otherwise interfere with an account or item after selling it.
You may not ask buyers to pay or communicate outside the Platform, or share contact details before a purchase.
LoLBoost charges a commission on each sale. The current rate depends on your seller rank and is shown in your seller dashboard before you list. We announce changes to commission rates or fees at least 14 days in advance. New rates only apply to sales made after they take effect.
You are responsible for any taxes due on your earnings. Where the law requires, you must provide us with tax information and issue invoices to buyers or to LoLBoost.
We may publish additional seller and booster guidelines in the seller dashboard. They form part of these Terms for sellers and boosters.

12. Seller earnings, payouts and reserves

Earnings become available once an order is completed. For new sellers, earnings may be held for up to 7 days. To request a payout you must complete identity verification and set a payout PIN.
Payouts are only made to a payout account in the verified seller’s own name. Changes to payout details may trigger a new verification and a short security hold.
Where an order is under dispute, a payment is under investigation or a chargeback is open, we may hold the amount concerned until the matter is settled. If a seller causes repeated claims or there is a specific risk of future claims, we may keep a reasonable reserve of their earnings for up to 90 days. We tell you the reason and the amount held.
If a buyer receives a refund or replacement under Buyer Protection because of a problem caused by you, the corresponding earnings are deducted from your balance. If your balance is not enough, it may become negative and is set off against future earnings. If it stays negative for more than 30 days, we may ask you to pay the amount back.
Amounts paid out to you by mistake or for orders that turn out to be fraudulent with your involvement must be repaid, and may be set off against your balance.
We may suspend sellers who repeatedly cause claims.

13. Account origin, recovery and seller liability

A seller must be able to show where an account comes from, for example through the original email account, purchase receipts or other proof of ownership, and must provide this proof when we ask for it in a dispute.
On delivery, the seller must hand over all access the account needs, including the login, the linked email account or the means to change it, and any recovery details, as described on the offer.
If an account is lost after delivery, we distinguish between: (a) recovery by the seller or a previous owner – covered by Buyer Protection and the seller’s responsibility; (b) access by a third party, for example through phishing or a leaked password – the responsibility of whoever caused it, which we investigate case by case; and (c) a penalty or ban by the game publisher – covered as described in our Buyer Protection policy and section 15.
In a recovery case, the seller must cooperate with the investigation and help restore the buyer’s access. A seller who recovers or helps someone else recover a sold account is liable for the resulting loss to the buyer and to LoLBoost, including refunds and replacements, to the extent permitted by law. Their account will be closed.
Sellers are responsible for their listings. A seller must compensate LoLBoost for losses, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from third-party claims that are caused by the seller’s unlawful, misleading or infringing listings or by their breach of these Terms, unless LoLBoost caused the loss itself. This does not apply to buyers acting as consumers.

14. Boosting, coaching and play services

For services played on your account, you give the assigned booster temporary access to your game account. Do not log in or play on the account while the order is in progress unless agreed with your booster.
For duo, coaching and play-with services, you must be available at the agreed times.
Order details (region, current rank, LP, division, options) must match your in-game information. If they do not – for example because the rank or LP were entered wrongly, the account’s MMR gains are unusually low, or the rank changed between ordering and the start – we tell you the price difference before continuing. You can then pay the difference, adjust the order to what was paid for, or cancel and receive a refund for the part not yet delivered.
We may assign or reassign a booster, coach or player to make sure your order is completed.
If you do not respond to messages or provide the access needed for 30 days, we remind you by email. If you still do not respond within another 14 days, we may close the order and refund the part not yet delivered.
Our team members will never ask you to pay them directly. Report any such request to support.

15. Game publishers and account risks

LoLBoost is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Riot Games, Epic Games, Rockstar Games, Valve or any other game publisher. All game names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Buying or selling game accounts and items, and using boosting services, may breach the terms of service of the game publisher. Publishers may respond with warnings, suspensions, bans, rank or MMR resets, or the removal of items. By using the Platform you accept this risk. Buyer Protection covers the cases described in our Buyer Protection policy; beyond that, we are not responsible for measures taken by a game publisher, in particular where they result from how you use an account after delivery.

16. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

use the Platform for fraud, money laundering or any other unlawful purpose, or pay with a payment method you are not authorised to use;
list stolen, hacked or otherwise unlawfully obtained accounts or goods;
offer or use cheats, hacks, unauthorised bots, scripts or exploits, or list accounts, items or ranks obtained with them, accounts created in bulk by automated means, or accounts with artificially manipulated statistics;
arrange or complete payments outside the Platform for offers found on it;
harass, threaten or insult other users, sellers or our team;
post false reviews or manipulate ratings;
abuse coupons, rewards, referral bonuses, giveaways or Buyer Protection, for example through linked accounts or false claims;
copy, scrape or interfere with the Platform, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours.

17. Security and unauthorised access

LoLBoost will never ask for your LoLBoost password, your payout PIN or your full card details by chat, email or phone. Only log in on lolboost.gg and report suspicious messages or websites that pretend to be us.
If we believe your account has been compromised, we may lock it, end active sessions, pause payouts and ask you to verify your identity before access is restored.
Login details for game accounts that you share with a booster or receive from a seller may only be used for the order concerned. Any other use is prohibited.

18. Reviews, chat and user content

You are responsible for the listings, reviews, messages and other content you post. You give LoLBoost a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use this content to operate and promote the Platform. Reviews must reflect your real experience. Chat messages may be checked automatically, for example to block contact details before a purchase, and may be reviewed by our team to resolve disputes and investigate fraud. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or the law. To report content that infringes your rights, see our DMCA & Copyright page.

19. LB Coins, loyalty, lootboxes and giveaways

LB Coins are store credit. 1 LB Coin is worth €1 when spent on the Platform. LB Coins cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn or transferred to another user.
Loyalty cashback, reward points, lootbox prizes and discount coupons have no cash value. Coupons can only be used within their validity period and for the services stated on them.
If an order is refunded or its payment is reversed, LB Coins you spent on it are returned and cashback, reward points and giveaway tickets you earned with it are removed. If they have already been used, your balance may become negative and is set off against future credits.
Lootboxes are only available to users aged 18 or over, and only where they are permitted by local law. Lootbox results are random and determined by our system. If a technical error produces a wrong result or a result is obtained through abuse, we may correct or cancel it. Prizes are credited to your LoLBoost account as described on the lootbox page.
Giveaways follow the rules shown on the giveaway page. Tickets from orders that are refunded or not paid are void. Winners are drawn at random.
We may correct balances credited by mistake and may cancel LB Coins, rewards and prizes obtained through fraud or abuse.
If you close your account, or we close it without fault on your part, LB Coins you received as a refund of a payment you made are paid back to your original payment method on request. Free or promotional LB Coins and rewards expire when the account is closed.

20. Sanctions and restricted transactions

You may not use the Platform if you are subject to sanctions of the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United Nations or the United States, or if you are located in a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions. We may refuse, pause or cancel transactions and payouts that would breach sanctions, anti-money-laundering or other legal restrictions, and we may be required to report them. Where the law allows, payments for cancelled orders are refunded to their source.

21. Intellectual property

The Platform, its design, texts, graphics, software and the LoLBoost brand belong to LB Gaming Services LTD or its licensors and may not be used without our prior written consent. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright or other rights, please follow the process on our DMCA & Copyright page.

22. Liability and events beyond our control

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
For marketplace offers, the seller is responsible for the offer and its delivery. LoLBoost is responsible for operating the Platform, for handling your payment and for Buyer Protection.
Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss of profit, data or in-game progress beyond what Buyer Protection covers.
We do our best to keep the Platform available but cannot guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages or changes by game publishers, server or network failures, failures of payment providers, power cuts, cyber attacks, or acts of authorities. Delivery times are extended for as long as such an event lasts. If an order cannot be delivered within a reasonable time, you can cancel it and receive a refund for the part not yet delivered.

23. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close accounts, remove listings and withhold payouts while we investigate if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse or a serious breach of these Terms. Wherever possible we tell you why. Open orders will be completed or refunded, and sellers will receive earnings they are entitled to once any claims have been settled.

24. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example when we add new services or the law changes. The version that applies to an order is the one in force when the order was placed. We will inform registered users of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree with the changes, you can close your account before they apply.

25. Complaints, governing law and disputes

If you are unhappy with a decision or with our service, write to support@lolboost.gg with the subject “Complaint” and your order number. A member of our team who was not involved in the original decision will review it and reply within 14 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country or in the courts of England and Wales. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we do not waive it.
